Mexican Sour Gherkin (Cucamelon)
Small, bite size cucumbers that look like miniature watermelons grow on long, thin vines. Harvesting younger, grape sized fruits, will result in a lime cucumber taste. Waiting until they grow and turn slightly yellow will give your a sour tasting fruit. Perfect for salads, snacking, and kids.
